Privacy Policy
What we collect when you contact us, why, and what we do not do with it.
Last updated
The short version
We collect only what we need to give you a price and book your car in. We do not sell your information, we do not share it for advertising, and we do not send marketing you did not ask for.
What we collect
When you fill in a quote or booking request we collect your name, phone number, email address, and the details you give us about your vehicle and the work you want.
When you visit the site we collect basic technical information — the pages you viewed and roughly where in the world you are — through the cookies described in our Cookie Policy. You can decline those.
Why we collect it
To reply to you, to quote the work, to schedule your appointment, and to keep a record of work we have done on your vehicle. That is all.
Who else sees it
Nobody, except the services that make the site work — our website host and our email provider. They handle the data on our instructions and cannot use it for their own purposes. We do not sell personal information, and we have not sold or shared personal information in the past twelve months.
How long we keep it
Quote requests and booking records are kept while they are useful for servicing your vehicle and for our own business records. You can ask us to delete yours at any time.
Your rights in California
Under the California Consumer Privacy Act you may ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to delete it, ask us to correct it, and be told if it is sold or shared — it is not. We will not treat you differently for asking.
To make a request, call (323) 542-3773 or email edgelessautotintspecialist@gmail.com. We may need to confirm who you are before we act on it.
Children
This site is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page.
